Anbotux integrates each data source using simple REST APIs. The more complex case is the chatbot data integration. In the case that you are using directly the messaging platform to create your chatbot, you would need to use Anbotux API with the messaging channel API in parallel to report real time the interactions. Easy.
In the most general case, when your chatbot is based in a chatbot platform, you will connect Anbotux to the chatbot using chatbot platform Webhook/callback capabilities or inline coding capabilites in the platforms where this feature is available.
